The best injection experience ever! Lynn is amazing. I was so nervous and she put me at ease instantly. 1st time getting lip filler and it was painless and quick. Can't recommend Lynn enough. I had an amazing experience with Lynn at Refresh. My lip filler looks incredible, and she successfully addressed my glabella concerns. What stood out to me the most was her honesty—she made sure not to suggest anything unnecessary for me, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, I had a million questions, and my nerves were definitely getting the best of me, but Lynn was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I visited Lynn for my first time this summer for Botox and filler and she did not disappoint! I was first impressed with the booking process so simple and I got in quickly! The sign outside was easily visible. Lynn was absolutely amazing! So comforting and knowledgeable. She will chat with you about everything she offers if you ask and she is not pushy at all! I’ve been to very fancy medical spas and their professionalism did not hold a candle to REFRESH! I will definitely be back soon.

Lynn was suggested by a friend who goes to her on a regular basis. I was nervous because my last Botox experience with a different place was not very good. She listened to my bad experience. I explained to her what happened and what I’m looking for, and she far exceeded my expectations for the appointment. The fact she took the time to listen to me was major bonus points, and she started off with a more natural approach. Did not try to oversell me and told me that if I had any problems shadowing what I had before to get a hold of her immediately and she would have me come in and fix it. I didn’t have any issues with her injections. She did a great job and definitely will be going back to her.
